We offer two shipping options to meet your adventure timeline:

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Adventure-Ready Guarantee allows returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product. Shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food storage containers (from our Food Storage collection)
  • Used camping furniture with signs of wear (from our Camp Furniture and CAMP-ZERO collections)
